Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping Wanna Watercolor + Wanna Glow! Our artwork and candles are packed with care and shipped from our small creative business in Georgia.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Because many of our products are handmade, created in small batches, or one-of-a-kind, processing times may occasionally vary. If we anticipate a significant delay with your order, we’ll contact you.

Shipping & Delivery

Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays may be outside of our control.

Shipping Artwork

Artwork, prints, greeting cards, and other paper goods are packaged carefully to help protect them during transit. Framed artwork may require additional packaging due to its size and fragile nature.

Shipping Candles

Candles are packaged carefully to protect their vessels during shipping. During periods of extreme heat, we may adjust shipping or packaging practices to help protect candle quality.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at wannawatercolor@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at wannawatercolor@gmail.com. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so we can determine the best way to make it right.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. You are also welcome to contact us and we’ll help however we reasonably can.
